final draft(educational system)

Final draft (Educational system)

Education is universally recognized as a fundamental building block for human development and one of the strongest instruments for reducing poverty. Education is key to the development of individuals and society—improving health, gender equality, peace, and stability. our educational system is highly centralized, and is divided into basic education, which comprises primary stage and preparatory stage, secondary education and post-secondary education.

It is nothing new to say that educational systems in the Arab World suffer serious ills and problems, and that the state of education in Egypt is precisely what drove Egyptian society to the state of affairs it is suffering from today. one of the Egyptian educational system is that curriculum that based mostly on rote, does not give students practical skills, leaving them unprepared for college and hindering their transition to the workplace.Another educational problem is the Infrastructure, there are crowded classrooms, bad buildings  and a lack of good libraries or office space for teachers. More over, there is not enough equipment and facilities like computers and science labs.another problem is the lack of interest and care that is exhibited from both the students and teachers alike, Most students in Egypt rely on private lessons and tutors to get their education instead of their school teachers. This results in minimal school attendance.Another problem is the teacher,Although the teacher is the backbone and the most important element [n the educational process, Here in Egypt the situation is completely different as teachers are not qualified, they often starting from scratch also they use impractical methodologies that do not draw the students eyes.

There are many ways to reform our educational system, the first is educational philosophy, the second is educational material or curricula, and the third is the teacher.the educational system should aim at forming citizens who believe that science and technology are capable of creating better living standard. Also,to improve the curricula,it should be more relevant and more scientific with emphasis on experimentation and critical thinking instead of  learning by rote and memory tests. Moreover, the ministry of education should offer training courses to improve the level of teachers.the teacher should  make transition from from the current educational system into one based on free thinking, questioning, debate, research and critical thinking, he should use teaching aids to make the lessons easy to encourage students to study.

Finally,We all agree that educational reform is the key to Egypt's salvation and it is the only solution to the problems we are facing in the political, economic, cultural and social fields, as well as the only thing that will help us to understand the realities of the age and keep us in touch with the world around us.So,We should put our hands in the hands of the government to reform the educational system.

Final draft of women's work

women's work

In the  past decade a dramatic increase in the number of women participating in the work force has taken place. Since early history and the ancient civilization of man, women have played a secondary role, in which women were and still are viewed as less than a man. A women in society were considered to be care-givers, have and raise children and do the household tasks such as cleaning and cooking for family.but today Many women  want and desire careers and a place in this world. They want to become  independent and prove themselves in community.

On one hand, there are a group of people who are with women's work. they think that woman is not just a housekeeper who should take care of her children and do house -hold tasks such as cleaning and cooking for family ,but she is a full citizen who has rights and duties. they believe that woman works to gain self-confidence by proving her self in community.she is not less than a man but in many times she is better than him.for example, today woman became a judge. minister, lawyer and so on.Moreover, women work to bring money not only to buy what she wants and feel to be not independent on other individuals, but also to help her husband to the burdens of living. In addition to that woman works to gain experience of how to treat other people and that will reflect positively in upbringing her children. she will know how to treat her children and give them her experience that has gained through her dealings with others.

On the other hand, there are a group of people who are against women's work for many reasons.First, they think that the normal place for woman is her home as they believe that the husbands and children of working women often have difficulties in adjusting to that situation.women's work will affect badly on children because in a situation where both parents are working and not spending enough time with their children, it can have an adverse effect on the child's development. Dr. Mehrotra feels, "Children may feel neglected and seek stimulation outside the house. Servants can look after a child's basic needs, but they cannot be responsible for the child's intellectual, social and emotional development".Moreover, babies that are separated from their mothers might loss the concept of a functional loving family and may be ill educated of how to raise a family and be good parents and human beings. Moreover they think that there is a dramatic increase in the unemployment rates and the most funny thing is that the women go to work and the men  are sitting on coffees,so they believe that women should stay at home leaving working places for men.

Finally,I am with  women's work ,If she can make a balance between her home and her work.she should work in order to prove herself in community and to become not independent on others ,however, she should  put her family in her first priority.
